Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Personalized or custom jewelry, final-sale items, and worn or altered products are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are returnable only if unworn and in the original sealed packaging.

Who Pays Return Shipping

Change of mind / not as expected / wrong size ordered: customer pays return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item sent: we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage after verification.
Exchanges
For defective or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. A replacement will be shipped after the original item is received or evidence is verified.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. For exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.
